Upload GeoTIFF Images for Analysis in InSight Pro
InSight Pro allows users to upload custom aerial or satellite imagery for Asphalt Intelligence analysis.
Overview
One of the main benefits of Asphalt Intelligence InSight Pro is the ability to upload user-provided aerial or satellite imagery for analysis.
While default aerial imagery is available in InSight Viewer, some workflows require specific image resolutions, dates, or project imagery. InSight Pro supports those custom imagery workflows.
Upload Requirements
- Maximum image size: 50 MB
- Image format: GeoTIFF (.tif)
- Coordinate system: EPSG:3857
Upload Workflow
- Navigate to the Asphalt Intelligence homepage.
- Click the menu button.
- Click InSight Pro.
- Select Upload New Image.
- Alternatively, select Use Previous Image Upload if analyzing an image that was previously uploaded.
- Select the GeoTIFF image to upload.
- Confirm that the image meets the file size, format, and coordinate system requirements.
- Click Open.
- Click Upload & Process.
After Upload
The uploaded image will appear in the InSight Pro viewer overlaid on the background map. The analysis tools can then be used to draw a new Area of Interest and begin processing.
